<image:caption>I see therapy as a space to make sense of who you are, what you've been through, and how the world around you has shaped your experiences. I take a human, non-medicalised approach, grounded in trauma-informed care, human rights, social justice, and an appreciation for diversity in all its forms. Because people are complex, therapy shouldn't come in one-size-fits-all packaging! I draw on a mix of evidence-based approaches, including ACT, CBT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, DBT, and Narrative Therapy, adapting them to your needs rather than squeezing you into a particular model. I've worked extensively with trauma and PTSD and support people navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, minority stress, neurodivergence, and cultural or identity-related challenges.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Beyond my professional training, my own varied life experiences and migration journey have shaped my ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and understand different perspectives. I find it comes quite naturally to put myself in other people's shoes, and I believe genuine connection is an important part of therapy. Ultimately, we'll figure things out together. You bring your expertise in your own life; I'll bring curiosity, psychological knowledge, and a flexible toolkit. No magic formulas, no judgement, and no need to have it all figured out before you walk through the door.</image:caption>
